STORYTELLING

1866 Brandy is a limited edition production Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva originated in Malaga embracing more than 100 years of tradition and quality. Its history dates back to over a century ago, towards the time when the first exports took place in 1875, which were mainly to France. It is believed the number of 1866 Brandy is associated with the year of the most aged spirits acquired by Jimenez & Monte, producers of the brandy at that time. To this day 1866 remains the most recognized brandy from Malaga.

WINE & FOOD PAIRING

Flavor enhancers: almond, walnut, raisins, chocolate 77% cacao, chocolate with fleur de sel, caviar, pigeon, poultry and game (intense notes of spices, wood and vanilla flavour the meat and enhance its character).
