STORYTELLING

The truly unique character of Coquinero is the result of the inheritance of a biological aging process, with the delicate character of a fine wine with prolonged aging. The laborious process behind its elaboration and aging inspired the name of this wine, as it pays homage to the hard work of shellfish workers who have traditionally dedicated themselves to the collection of this famous delicacy of Portuense cuisine.
